For as long as a charger stays connected to the network we are looking at it: repeat fault codes, failed sessions, a unit stuck in a faulted state, a charger that has gone quiet. Trouble surfaces before the outage, so a visit happens on your schedule rather than the charger’s. A unit that has lost its internet connection is the one case we cannot reach, which is why connectivity is the first thing we check and the first thing we tell you about.

Twenty cars plugged in at 6pm is more current than most buildings can supply. Load management shares what is available across the chargers and lifts the limit when demand falls. Every applied limit is tracked, which is the part most implementations skip: a charger somebody throttled once and forgot is worse than one that never had a limit. $4 per managed charger per month, only where the service needs it.

It comes from the meter.

The platform bills by the kilowatt rather than estimating, so the session record is a meter delta. The 218,350 kWh already reconciled on this network came straight from charger meter deltas.

The rebate stays yours.

Every incentive, rebate, grant and tax credit stays with the property owner. Not routed through us, not shared. That is in the contract rather than a policy that can change.

What we will not promise.

That a program will approve your application. We are the operator, not the applicant. What we can say is that the data those programs ask for is already captured.

How fast do you know a charger is down?

What hardware does it work with?

Any charger that speaks OCPP, which is most units sold in the last five years. The platform is hardware-agnostic and you keep what you own.

What can you do without sending somebody?

While the charger is connected: reset, start, stop, unlock a stuck connector, change availability, set a current cap, and read or change its configuration. Most problems clear with a reset. A charger that has lost its internet connection cannot be reached remotely by anyone, so that is the first thing we check. Physical faults are still physical, and you will know about them before a resident does.

What happens to a session that strands?

It closes itself and bills the last meter reading we received. Nobody calls you about a charge they did not finish.

What happens when a driver’s card fails?

The platform retries, tells the driver what to fix, and handles the recovery. Pre-authorisation holds are sized to the session rather than a flat large number, and the unused remainder releases when the session settles.

Who answers a driver at midnight?

We do. A driver who cannot get a session going asks EVII™ in the app and she helps them start it, within what their own account permits. Support and the payment retry handling sit with the platform too. Your staff are not the help desk and nobody on your team becomes a charging expert.

Will load management leave a charger quietly capped?

No. Every applied limit is tracked, and the limit lifts when demand drops. That is the difference between load management and a charger somebody throttled once and forgot.

What can the assistant do?
