After months of engineering, planning, and coordination, EV Initiative has officially submitted our full plan set to the City of Los Angeles for building permit review. The process takes about eight weeks to clear, and when it does, we break ground.

We're not waiting around either. While the city does its review, we're already working through the Food and Health Department to secure a restaurant permit for our Robotic Barista and a Commissary permit for the amenity building. That's right. Mission Hills won't just be the most advanced EV charging destination in Los Angeles. It'll be a fully licensed restaurant facility!
