This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies only to California residents. It is provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"). Terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used here.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to our verification of the agent's authority.

Shine the Light

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
