We’ve Added Numerous Improvements, Since the Last Update

Even as we approach the engineering home stretch, we’ve been tightening the plan:

• Garbage and maintenance rooms has been added
• Universal American Disabilities Act (ADA) washroom has been added
• An amenity and staffing building has been added
• A food-preparation area (3-tub sink & hand wash) has been added
• More breathing room around the vending and restroom buildings
• Cleaner circulation for vehicles, pedestrians, and emergency vehicles
• Additional landscaping opportunities
• Smarter placement for cameras, signage, cinematic screens, and EV chargers
• Better long-term maintenance and access options

The site has gotten better and better with every iteration.

What’s Next

• Reengage all engineering teams as a collective (Coffman Engineering&Ashley Vance), focusing on the completion of the design and bid package, verifying the plan with plan check, andobtaining the IFC.
