We just completed the full Phase II Environmental Site Assessment for 15555 San Fernando Mission Blvd.

Here’s what it found:

• Minor petroleum traces from historic fuel activity in the area
• No remediation required
• No restrictions on trenching, foundations, utilities, or construction
• No active regulatory cases
• A clean runway for financing and CPACE underwriting

This is a major green light. Environmental is one of the biggest hurdles, and Mission Hills is now officially clear on that front.
