Permits! Canopy & Amenity Building

MISSION HILLS UPDATE: BUILDING PERMITS SECURED

We just received building permits for the Canopies and the Kiosk Building.

This is a major milestone.

The canopy engineering is complete. Structural calculations are stamped. The kiosk building package is finalized. The design phase is no longer theoretical. It’s real, engineered, and permitted.

What this means:

• The physical structure of Mission Hills is approved to move forward • The architectural direction is locked • We are transitioning from design coordination into execution

Over the past few months, we’ve refined the site to make it stronger for plan check and long-term operation: fire access corrections, ADA van requirements, landscaping updates, drainage coordination, electrical integration, and future-proofing for low-voltage and signage.

This wasn’t cosmetic. It was strategic.

Now the path is clear: finalize the remaining discipline coordination and push the full package into plan check.

We’re building something that lasts. And we’re doing it the right way.
