Mission Hills Permitting Timeline

Mission Hills Permitting Timeline

Working toward permitting EV Initiative Infrastructure Mission Hills, aiming to have permits to construct in Q4 2025:

Coffman Engineers, Inc. (Coffman) is pleased to partner with EV Initiative and to be a part of the Mission Hills EV Charging project. Upon preliminary permitting investigation, Coffman conservatively estimates that this project will take fourteen (14) weeks from initial permit submittal to achieve full approval.

Permits must be acquired from three (3) separate entities within the City of Los Angeles development services department:

  1. The Bureau of Engineering (BoE),
  2. The Department of Building Safety (DBS),
  3. The Sanitation Department.

Coffman has also confirmed with the City Planning department that a Change of Use permit is not necessary and that the project can move forward without an entitlement process. #MissionHills #Permits
