⚡ Mission Hills Construction Update

Our team is making strong progress toward final construction approval for the Mission Hills EV Charging Hub.

We’ve been tightening up the Site Plan and preparing the detailed drawings needed for structural coordination. The latest layout shows updated bollard positions, curb outlines, and refined canopy placements to align with the original survey and optimize site flow.

We’re also finalizing canopy drainage and lighting options, with structural input coming next to lock in column and footing design. Once the civil and electrical plans are approved alongside the structural drawings, we’ll be at **95% completion,**with Plan Check handling the final 5% before Issue for Construction.

Every update brings us closer to breaking ground and delivering one of California’s most advanced EV charging destinations.
