Issue for Construction (IFC) Design Milestone Schedule

This scope, which is a follow-up to the Permitting Timeline Summary that was sent to you on March 13, 2025, details the efforts involved in developing the design to the IFC level.

 ASR-2 SCOPE OF WORK:

The general scope of services pursuant to ASR-2 includes electrical, structural, and civil design services with major milestones defined at 60%, 90%/Issue for Permit (IFP), and IFC stages.

We are now in the 60% design phase. A complete milestone schedule can be found below.
