We kicked off our project with Coffman Engineers starting from scratch; literally a wide-open space with no amenities.This is where we were at our last milestone engagement. Now, witness the incredible transformation as we bring a revolutionary new design to life! Our community now has everything it was missing, and more!

You’ll notice in the new plans that we’re committing to the L-shape canopy.

This design creates:

• A cleaner, safer flow for drivers
• No columns inside the parking lanes
• A more open, modern, destination-style feel
• Extra room for landscaping and pedestrian space
• A canopy height of 15'-6", which feels perfect when you see it on the plans

We’ve also refined building placement, ADA paths, drainage corridors, and charger spacing. Each change improves usability while elevating the overall look and function of the hub.

The momentum is real, and it's accelerating.
