Site Plan Options

• Sheet A-1.1 shows two alternates at 1/8" = 1'-0" scale:
  • Left option: Standard layout with tighter spacing between parking and the vending building.
  • Right option: Parking shifted 4 feet away, creating more room around the building (29'-7" from grid line 1 to 2).
• Probably going with the right-hand option (shifted 4 feet). It improves handicap access to the bathroom by providing better maneuvering space, reduces congestion near the canopy, and allows "breathing room". This could also enhance pedestrian flow and reduce vehicle-building collision risks. Both maintain 18'-0" and 24'-0" bays for EV stalls, with a 10'-0" radius curve for smooth traffic.
