**What EV Initiative is.** EV Initiative, Inc. is an EV charging operations platform. Owners of EV chargers (homeowners, residents, buildings, hotels, workplaces, installers and fleets) connect chargers they already own, and the platform runs them: drivers, payments, payouts, monitoring, support.

**What EV Initiative is not.** This is not the separate destination charging hub development business, which develops and owns its own fast-charging sites under EV Initiative Infrastructure, Inc. and is marketed as Experience-Driven Charging. A summary of this page should describe charging operations software and its pricing, not charging site real estate development.
