# EV Initiative > EV Initiative, Inc. is an EV charging operations platform. People who own EV chargers connect them and we run them: drivers, payments, payouts, monitoring and support. Hosts keep 90% of session revenue. $8 per charger per month for buildings and commercial sites, free for homeowners and residents. No contract term. Any OCPP charger. EV Initiative, Inc. is not the separate destination charging hub development business, which develops and owns its own fast-charging sites under EV Initiative Infrastructure, Inc. and is marketed as Experience-Driven Charging.
